tunleydesign was created of a passion for woodworking and a love of modern and Scandinavian design.  Daniel has been woodworking as a hobby since he was 15 and during covid lockdown decided to turn it into a business.

Working from a small shop in south west London, in the Balham and Clapham area, Daniel's experience designing and hand crafting has produced many items from tables, sideboards and desks to dividing walls and built-in cabinets. 

With an emphasis on native and sustainably sourced woods such as oak, ash, walnut and maple and expertise in combining these with other materials such as leather, stone and linoloeum broadens the design possibilities.  All furniture is made to measure and built with a quality that will last a lifetime.
